Some people love eating. Other people just eat when it is necessary. And you, wow often do you eat?

Most doctors say people should eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They suggest the inclusion of protein, vegetables, and fibers as part of a balanced diet.

Breakfast is in the morning. In Europe and USA, people eat eggs, beacon, and pancakes. In South America, people eat oatmeal with yogurt, açaí with fruit, or cereal with yogurt. In both places, people often drink hot coffee or tea during.

Lunch is in the middle of the day. It is usually when people eat heavy food – such as meat, beans, rice. Some people eat just a sandwich and snack at lunch but scientists recommend more nutritious food, specially if the person didn’t eat much in their first meal of the day.

Dinner is in the evening. People eat many different things for dinner. Pizza, chicken, and pasta are all foods people eat for dinner. Dinner is usually the last meal of the day. Doctors say we should not eat a lot before going to bed.

In different parts of the world, people do not eat meals this way. Regardless, food is an important fuel for the body. Eating throughout the day provides balanced energy. What do you eat along the day?
